Welcome to Fake Out (fakeout.com.au). This website is owned and operated by Fake Out. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fake Out. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Business Identification & Governing Law

Fake Out is an Australian business. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). In accordance with the GST Act, all prices shown on fakeout.com.au are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made (Fakeout.au@gmail.com).

5. Trading Cards & Collectibles

Fake Out specializes in trading cards, graded slabs, and sealed products. Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, orders are final once processed, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fake Out or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Fake Out shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
