Dispatch & Origin
All orders are dispatched from Victoria, Australia. We aim to process and ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Some orders may be dispatched directly from Japan for Japanese sealed products which may result in longer wait times of up to 3 weeks - this is usually no more than 2 but subject to change.
2. Shipping Options
We primarily use Australia Post for domestic deliveries:

Standard Post: 3–7 business days.

Express Post: 1–3 business days.
3. Tracking & Signature
All orders include tracking. For high-value items such as graded slabs or sealed booster cases, we highly recommend selecting "Signature on Delivery" at checkout to ensure secure arrival.
4. Transit Insurance
While we pack all items with extreme care (using bubbles and sturdy cardboard), Fake Out recommends transit insurance for orders over $100. Please contact us prior to shipping if you wish to add additional cover.
5. International Shipping
We ship to select international locations. Please note that customers are responsible for any international customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applicable in their country.
